The Role
We are now seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Administrator to expand our business. As a Project Administrator, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including architects, contractors and the wider management team. You will utilise your industry knowledge and experience to deliver on upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budget and scope.
Develop plans and workflows aligned with project expectations (time, cost, quality), monitoring project progress to ensure compliance with requirements.
Communicate changes that may affect the project to the Project Manager, providing recommendations for resolution.
Manage project contracts and documentation, organizing meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved, regularly updating all parties on project progress.
Support project team members and address inquiries regarding project information.
Supervise subcontractors' activities, ensuring adherence to contract terms, and propose solutions to identified issues.
Maintain updated project data and generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
The Ideal Candidate
· Hold extensive industry experience in real estate development, construction, or project management, including a minimum of 2 years as a project administrator.
· Possess relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or related fields.
· Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully executing projects for diverse clients.
· Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with adept analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possess strong negotiation skills and excel in time management and resource organization. Proficient in utilizing various computer software.
· Possess a solid understanding of PMO practices, methodologies, and software tools essential for managing complex projects.
· Display adaptability to thrive in demanding project environments.
· Embrace a collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork and shared responsibility for project delivery within a cohesive team culture.
