The tasks and duties to be carried out in the position Monitor the implementation of projects across the service. Support with administrative IT support. Manage documentation and actions relevant to customer, data, and compliance related projects. Evaluate projects to ensure any challenges within the projects are resolved, objectives are met, and quality improvement initiatives are identified to inform service direction and changes. Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning projects and ensure prompt communication in relation to resolutions to internal and external stakeholders affected. Complete audits and provide reports to facilitate improvement of outcomes. Contribute to the development of effective work practices within the administration team, including new processes that adopt a more streamlined way of working. Ensure the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data through evidence-based methodologies to inform the development of project-related reports demonstrating progress and outcomes. Ensure a risk management approach to project management, clearly identifying any challenges, risks, or issues and escalating this to management and senior management to allow for informed decision-making. The skills or experience required for the position Experience in data input, finance, economics, or project management background. High level attention to detail. Experience creating programs targeted at skill building and/or social building with clear outcomes. Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provisions to budget. Highly developed communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new systems. Working With Children Check & NDIS Workers Check, or willingness to obtain. Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and human rights. Ability to be responsive to people's needs and timelines along with being creative and flexible. Ability to always work with integrity and honesty. Good data entry skills, accuracy, and proven reliability. Ability to work to strict deadlines and effectively manage and respond to time critical and sensitive information. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
