Project Administrator

The tasks and duties to be carried out in the position: Monitor the implementation of projects across the service.Support with administrative IT support.Manage documentation and actions relevant to customer, data, and compliance related projects.Evaluate projects to ensure any challenges within the projects are resolved, objectives are met, and quality improvement initiatives are identified to inform service direction and changes.Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning projects, ensuring prompt communication in relation to resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.Complete audits and provide reports to facilitate improvement of outcomes.Contribute to the development of effective work practices within the administration team, including new processes that adopt a more streamlined way of working.Ensure the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data through evidence-based methodologies to inform the development of project-related reports demonstrating progress and outcomes.Ensure a risk management approach to project management, clearly identifying any challenges, risks, or issues and escalating these to management and senior management to allow for informed decision making.The skills or experience required for the position: High level attention to detail.Experience creating programs targeted at skill building and/or social building with clear outcomes.Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provisions to budget.Highly developed communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.Proficient computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new systems.Working With Children Check & NDIS Workers Check, or willingness to obtain.Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and human rights.Ability to be responsive to people's needs and timelines along with being creative and flexible.Ability to always work with integrity and honesty.Good data entry skills, accuracy, and proven reliability.Ability to work to strict deadlines and effectively manage and respond to time critical and sensitive information.A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.Diploma in project management and/or Bachelor in business.Skills & Capability: Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective stakeholder engagement.Time Management: Proficiency in scheduling and meeting deadlines.Budget Management: Experience in tracking and optimizing project budgets.Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.Team Collaboration: Fostering a cooperative and productive team environment.Problem-Solving: Proactively addressing and resolving project issues.Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhering to regulations and maintaining high standards.Work Health & Safety Standard requirements: Take reasonable care for my own safety and that of others by abiding by WH&S policies and procedures.Contribute to the growth of the organisation's safety culture by championing safety in the workplace through proactive risk management including the identification, reporting, and investigation of incidents, hazards, and near miss events.Support employee wellbeing by maintaining a safe workspace and consult with employees on issues that may impact work, health, and safety.Standard Job Requirements (all staff): Embrace and integrate BoraCare's Vision, Purpose, and Values into your role.Comply with BoraCare's organisational conditions of employment, Code of Conduct, Standards & Policy, Procedure Practice Expectations.Adhere to legislative requirements applicable to the role, including and not limited to the Work Health and Safety Act, EEO Act, Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017, and NDIS Code of Conduct.Complete Job-related Mandatory Training.Your application will include the following questions:
