The Opportunity Veolia has an opening for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Energy Services team on the Sunshine Coast.

What you'll be responsible for Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.
Develop and maintain project-related documentation including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports.
Monitor project budgets and expenditure in line with revenue KPI's.
Manage project invoices.
Liaise with the Veolia Accounts Payable team for accurate and timely vendor payments.
Oversee profit centre procurement, including purchase order management.
Coordinate vendor setup in relevant systems.
Update and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and progress reports.
Assist the wider Veolia Energy team with administrative support.
What you'll need to be successful Extensive administrative experience, preferably within project roles.
A high degree of computer literacy with a particular focus on spreadsheets.
Experience with project management and invoicing software would be highly regarded.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
