We are looking for a Project Administrator to support Industry Leading Green Energy Projects in WA.
This role will provide project based assistance and be pivotal to support project teams ensuring that project requirements are adhered to.
Initially Perth based for 8 weeks, then 2:1 Site based from then.
$522.00 - $580 per day + Super About the role; • Ordering PPE and issuing other purchase orders • Getting quotes, making payments and processing claims • Coordinate and book travel and accommodation requests for the project team • Data entry & Maintain databases • Undertaking project tasks as required • Working collaboratively with other administrators and with all other project teams About you; • Ability to handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and precision • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously • Strong organizational skills to keep track of deadlines, documentation, and schedules • Experience in a similar environment and Fly in fly out remote work • Ability to coordinate with different teams to resolve problems efficiently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
