Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our team in our Perth office.
About the role Management of administration for the project team Completion of purchase orders Coordinate project team under the direction of Project Managerto ensure project delivery in line with schedule Collecting and analysing data and reporting on outcomes Coordination of the onboarding of contractors Collating and formatting documents Provide document control support Organisation of meetings and events, including issuing of minutes About you Demonstrated experience in a high level administration role in an engineering/project environment required Advanced computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and desktop publishing Strong organisational and time management skills required High attention to detail Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work within a confidential manner Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint required Prior use of document management systems including Aconex and SDx would be highly regarded Why Ausenco?
