Job details Temp to Perm Potential for the Right Candidate Central Location Working with a Large Multi-National Client About Our Client Our client is a multinational company that manufactures building materials.
They are based across 70 countries and employ about 72 000 employees.
Key Requirements: You will be responsible for liaising with smaller clients that the account managers are unable to service as well as providing support to the customer service team with daily day to day duties.
You will maintain professional communication with both internal and external parties and ensure the customer has a positive experience while placing an order.
You will liaise with customers if there is a delay on a delivery and process orders as they are called in.
The Customer Service Officer role should proactively support the customers enquiries, needs and requirement whilst delivering on key business goals around on time delivery, on time loading and transport utilisation.
The position is on a weekly rotating roster, 6:30am - 3:30pm, 7:00 - 4:00pm, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
There is also a Saturday shift once a month at the most which attracts penalty rates.
These times include approximately 1 hour of overtime each day which is paid.
