Job Description - Project Administrator (262227)UGL's utilities business undertakes essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure in the power and water sectors. Our end-to-end delivery ranges from transmission lines, switchyards, substations, electrical distribution through to water and wastewater treatment plants and water pipelines.Our expertise includes the design, construct, commission, operate and maintain where our Utilities Team safely leads and delivers design & construct projects across Australia. Our project delivery extends to include short and long-term contracts either through self-performance works, working with Sub-contractors or through Joint Ventures. Our work spans from the engineering design through to structural, civil, electrical installation works and commissioning.The OpportunityUGL Utilities team are currently looking for a Project Administrator for a substation and high voltage transmission line project in WA.Some key responsibilities of this role will include:Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests.Timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff.Assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking.SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.Assist with collecting and collating timesheet information.Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements.Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction.About youYou want to be part of something bigger; whatever the challenge you see it as the chance to create value.
