About the Role
Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Administrator to join us on multiple Renewable Projects in the pipeline. This is a Full Time, Permanent role that will be based on-site. The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include:
Maintain the site roster, organise work crews and schedule flights/accommodation. Project finance tracking, cost control, documentation management and reporting. Supporting with resourcing activities for labour hire, contractors schedule and timesheet compliance. Assisting the Procurement team with raising purchase orders for site equipment and materials. Assist various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. Document and version control in conjunction with the Document Controller and project Quality Advisor. Maintenance of various site registers, minute taking and general administrative tasks. Maintain personal accountability and hold a sound knowledge of Monford's Business Management Systems including all policies and procedures. Maintain and ensure all work is of a high standard and compliant with quality control frameworks. About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role and previous experience working on construction projects. Cert IV Qualification or higher in Administration of Business (Desirable) Strong Communication skills both written and verbal. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines. Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word and Outlook. Previous experience with Viewpoint software is an advantage but not essential. How to Apply
