Project Administrator About the Role Base Location: Perth or Aberdeen
Salary: £28,072 - £32,605 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Administrator are: Processing and managing manual payments and purchase ordering for projects, making sure these are accurately processed and monitored. Scheduling and attending meetings for our Engineering Department, ensuring these are correctly issued in a timely manner. Managing and issuing reports on a weekly basis, making sure these are accurate and issued correctly. Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines. Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as PPE ordering and booking travel. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
Excellent administration and organisational skills, this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn more about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task. Experience using Microsoft work packages. The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, with a variety of Stakeholders.
