What you'll do: This is a part time position, and can be tailored to either 3 full days per week or 5 shorter days to suit school hours.
This is a varied position – from general admin, to mobilisation, to document formatting – this is an excellent opportunity to grow into a larger role having exposure in a large EPCM environment.
Your day to day will look like; Support the Senior Project Administrator with all-round administrational support.
Compiling reports, presentations and other project documentation as required.
Scheduling and organising external and internal meetings, document and disseminate detailed meeting minutes.
Mobilisation assistance including arranging inductions, flights, training, medicals and accommodation.
Other general administration including accounts and credit card reconciliation as required.
About You This role will suit someone with a desire to grow their experience and knowledge within the mining & construction industry.
Your day to day will include taking care of various projects and tasks; the successful candidate will be able to prioritise deadlines efficiently.
A minimum of 3 years working in an Administration position.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures, and proficiency with office technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be highly organised and possess a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.
Qualifications in business or office administration is desirable.
