The Project Administrator will work closely with project managers and the technical team to assist in project planning, tracking progress and producing documentation, with a primary focus on administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Who You Are:

You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. You can adjust to shifting priorities and timelines while maintaining a positive attitude. Essential Functions

Develop and maintain project documentation in line with project requirements. Coordinate third party resources to assist in the deployment of Traka solutions. Assist in the scheduling and booking of travel (i.e. flights, accommodation) for project work. Monitor the progress of projects, track deliverables and provide status updates to stakeholders. Prepare and distribute project updates to internal stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for project related enquiries and administrative support needs. Collaborate with internal sales team, sales engineers, project managers and operations team for the successful delivery of projects. Champion and support the implementation of project management processes and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

1-2 years' experience in an office administrative role. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task. Excellent attention to detail is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Team player who will work closely with other departments. Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative. Ability to prioritise workloads and tasks. Flexibility and adaptability in tackling new tasks. Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
