This role will be the focal point for workforce movement and mobilisation throughout multiple sites. You will ideally have a background in Recruitment or Mobilisation with excellent attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of industry training requirements and Training Matrices.About YouDemonstrated experience in coordinating a high-volume blue-collar workforce.First point of contact for speaking to and mobilising new and existing employees across multiple campaigns and projects.Experience in onboarding/resource scheduling including roster management.
