Project AdministratorWe are recruiting a Project Administrator for a growing General Civil Contractor to work across a variety of projects in the Perth metro area. This is an exciting time to join the business who are undergoing a sustained period of growth. Typical projects include civil infrastructure for local shires, land development projects, and water infrastructure for Water Corporation.They are keen to speak to Project Administrators with experience using Viewpoint Jobpac software. In this role, you will be based from our client's Head Offices located in Osborne Park and will be required to travel between 5-6 key civil construction projects located throughout the metro area.DutiesCoordinating project activities to ensure all team members are informed and aligned.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.Facilitating communication between project stakeholders and team members, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.Working closely with the onsite Project Manager and Supervisor to ensure resources are allocated effectively and that project timelines are met.Managing meeting schedules, preparing agendas, and documenting accurate and complete meeting minutes.Providing additional administrative support where required to the onsite Project Manager and Supervisor.Liaising and onboarding suppliers and subcontractors in a timely and efficient manner.Candidate CriteriaCert 3 in Business Administration or a similar.Experience working in an Administration role within the construction sector.The ability to work in a fast-paced project environment, where you can collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Previous experience managing payments and transactions for project-related expenses and invoices.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, which enable you to coordinate multiple project activities and ensure timely and accurate delivery of outcomes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Viewpoint Jobpac project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.Construction White Card.Full Driver's License.Permanent Australian working rights.On Offer$90,000 base salary (dependent on candidate experience)SuperannuationTraining and support to gain qualifications.Career development opportunities.If you're interested in this opportunity and feel that your experiences match the criteria please 'click' apply now or email your resume to ******.
