Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects and support the delivery of quality products and services to their clients.
About the Role:   The Project Administrator is responsible for managing and controlling the company's documentation system, ensuring that all project, technical, and quality-related documents are accurately maintained, easily accessible, and up to date.
The role involves working closely with the operations and engineering team to ensure documents are managed according to organisational standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with our clients engineering team, you will provide critical support in areas such as: Job Control Quality Assurance Communications Project Administration Documentation Additionally, you will assist in various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our clients business.
What You'll Do:   Maintain, organise, and update document control systems in accordance with company standards Ensure proper documentation procedures, version control, and storage for technical and project documents Manage document workflows, including the review, approval, distribution, and retrieval processes Archive, store, and dispose of documents per company policies and legal requirements.
About You: Strong experience in Document Control High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft 365 , particularly SharePoint Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools A collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly in industries adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
Familiarity with document management best practices and regulatory requirements.
