29th November, 2024PIMS Group is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team at the Maxwell Underground Bord and Pillar Operation, located east of Denman and south of Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Region, New South Wales.Who We ArePIMS Group is an innovative mining contractor operating within underground coal projects across QLD and NSW.

Our success is built on long-term relationships with clients, and we invite skilled, competent, and dedicated mining professionals to join our team.About the RoleAs a Project Administrator, you will support the Project Manager and the broader Maxwell Bord and Pillar Underground Team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and team.Managing workforce systems, including competency management and payroll.Maintaining document control and formatting Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) documents.Keeping personal training records and updating the competency management database.Handling maintenance administration tasks such as filing servicing reports, work orders, and daily reports.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:Over 5 years of experience in Administration/Payroll.Advanced proficiency in Office 365.Experience with workforce management systems, including Pegasus, Pulse and UKG.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.Motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Experience in document control and formatting SHMS documents.Knowledge of maintaining personal training records and entering data into competency management databases.Ability to perform maintenance administration, including filing servicing reports, work orders, and daily reports.What PIMS Group OffersWe value our employees and offer:Working at PIMS Group comes with a range of benefits, including a competitive salary package and incentives that recognise your experience along with salary sacrificing options that provide flexibility and financial advantages to help you achieve your financial goals.PIMS Group is committed to building a partnership with our people through establishing and maintaining a high-performance culture based on our values, people management and personal development framework.
