The Role: Due to recently awarded contracts with some of Australia's biggest Telecommunications carriers, we have two new positions for Project Administrators to be based in our Sydney office.
Take this role and run with it! With your solutions-focused, can-do attitude, you will play a critical role in providing core administration functions to the project team.
You will enjoy a varied role including: Material Orders and download POs, commercial notices, and other communications as required.
Support the project team with supplier onboarding and assessment.
Travel bookings.
Meeting bookings and taking minutes.
Expense claims and reconciliation.
Order PPE for the Teams and Track Delivery.
Consolidate monthly reports.
About You: Prior experience in an administration or business support role.
You are a pro with the MS Office suite of apps and have used SAP.
You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies.
