We are seeking expressions of interest from Project Administrator for an opportunity across our business.
The Role & Responsibility: The ideal candidate will have to manage & coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans.
You will ensure adherence to set timelines, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.
· Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g.
assigned tasks and next steps) · Facilitate development of construction plans and manage them from inception to completion · Monitor all moving parts of the project/construction keeping them synchronized and moving forward · Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals · Preparing subcontractor packages and negotiating contract prices and conditions · Budget forecast and assess possible project risks and setbacks · Maintain and update budgets as project progresses · Communicate pertinent information between management and staff · Monitor project progress and address potential issues · Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants and other trained staff · Set goals, provide motivation, and thoroughly support your project team members · Collaborate on project presentations · Analyze project data and produce progress reports · keep positive and productive client relationships Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders · Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements · Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes · Raising Purchase Orders The Requirements: · Relevant qualifications and experience in the field · Project management experience in construction industry · Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules · Extremely organized and focused · Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word · Excellent communication skills both oral and written · Strong ability to prioritize · Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to participate in any training program the company may deem necessary · Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment · Ability to motivate and keep staff on task · Deadline driven To apply for this role please e mail your CV in word or PDF format to ****** marked Project Administrator.
