These include monitoring and maintenance of the project financial forecast as well as correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring.What will you be doing?Providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers and Site ManagersAttending weekly on-site visits with the Site ManagerAssisting the Project Manager with monitoring and maintaining the project financial forecastMonitoring and following up on paymentsData entry and managing project documentationPartnering with key internal stakeholders to help deliver better outcomes for the CustomerAre you the one?Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a billing/finance/project coordination role preferredAbility to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates drive and persistence and consistently strives to meet goalsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteSAP and Salesforce experience advantageousHigh level of energy and professionalismNote: Applicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand to apply for this position.This role is being sourced directly by KONE.
