Our work will take you in different directions. We currently have an opportunity in our team for a Project Administrator for our Major Projects and Volume Business, where you will support the Project Manager by performing project management tasks that do not require decision making.
These include monitoring and maintenance of the project financial forecast as well as correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring.
What will you be doing? Providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers and Site ManagersAttending weekly on-site visits with Site ManagerAssisting Project Manager with monitoring and maintaining project financial forecastMonitoring and following up on paymentsData entry and managing project documentationPartnering with key internal stakeholders to help deliver better outcomes for the CustomerAre you the one? Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a billing/finance/project coordination role preferredAbility to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates drive and persistence and consistently strives to meet goalsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteSAP and Salesforce experience advantageousHigh level of energy and professionalismThere's so much more to KONE than you may realise.
