Project Administrator

Due to an internal promotion, we are now taking applications for experienced Administrators.
Based in one of our customer sites, you will be supporting a number of projects (Engineering focused) with administrative duties. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Procuring and coordinating supplies and products in line with the project scope, estimate and quotation.Project finance tracking, documentation management, and reporting.Support with general facilities coordination.The ideal candidate will have the following:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.Experience working in the Defence industry (highly regarded).Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
