TasWater The purpose of the TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is to build the capability and capacity of TasWater to fulfil its customer promises for improved service levels by efficiently and effectively delivering an accelerated capital program of works.
About the Role TasWater CDO have a requirement for a Project Administrator to join our programs team.
This role is in place to provide general project administration support to the CDO, specifically in SharePoint administration, vehicle management, and management of expense claims.
What will a day in this role look like: Manage CDO Project Central SharePoint Support Mailbox and coordinate and respond to all enquiries.Action folder and document permission requests and all new user requests.Add new accounts to UGL SharePoint.Assist staff with CITRIX IT issues.Work alongside stakeholders to troubleshoot general issues that may arise.Liaise with UGL to resolve access issues that may arise.Manage all pool vehicle enquiries and bookings.Coordinate vehicles for new starters and reallocation of existing vehicles for project needs.Arrange Purchase Orders and assist with bookings for servicing and maintenance.Arrange Purchase Orders and assist with paperwork for insurance claims.Maintain vehicle register and issue fuel cards.Conduct regular audits of TW Recharge spreadsheet.Management of expense claims.Raise Purchase Orders as required, in accordance with CDO Policy, ensuring relevant approvals have been obtained.Maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.Provide assistance and data for the preparation of reports as required.Maintain a filing system on Project Central for relevant project documentation.What are we looking for you to bring to the team: Great work ethic and looking to take the next step in their career.Strong communication skills (oral & written) including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels in the organisation.High degree of knowledge and experience in managing SharePoint functions.Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Visio etc.Experience in providing IT support.Experience in providing general administrative support (including processing of expense claims).Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Sound communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and to manage workload accordingly.Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.Why Unite with the Very Best… A competitive salary working in a rewarding, supportive and successful team.Back yourself and your development, and UGL will back your growth.Flexible and blended work environment; make use of flexible working and our impressive employee benefits, including:A rewarding Wellness Program with AIA Vitality – earn cashback for gym shoes!We'll give you access to a multitude of rewards: Through our partnerships we can offer you discounts across shopping, food and wine, insurance, health and wellbeing, leisure and entertainment.You can also take advantage of our salary sacrifice options including cars, eligible portable electronic devices and professional memberships.UGL – Big projects.
