You will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the administrative functions essential for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that deadlines and compliance requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service:Provide prompt and professional responses to requests from employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.Drive continuous improvement in customer service and enhance NPS.Internal Relationships:Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet business expectations.Administration Duties:Coordinate administrative processes throughout the project life cycle.Ensure data accuracy, prepare reports, and maintain up-to-date documentation.Organize meetings, process invoices, and manage other administrative tasks.Project Mobilization & Costs:Oversee supplier and subcontractor contracts and pricing.Assist in cost forecasting, ensuring variation costs are documented, approved, and accounted for.Health, Safety, Environment & Quality:Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.Report incidents or hazards promptly.Governance & Compliance:Adhere to legislative requirements, company policies, and confidentiality standards.Ensure documents follow company templates and procedures.
