We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our client based in Darwin City!Job title: Project AdministratorLocation: Darwin CityContract type: Permanent (30 hours per week or full-time available)Start Date: ASAPYour new companyYou will be working for a consultancy based in the Northern Territory. This organisation offers a flexible working environment.Your new roleProvide administrative support for major projects, including financial tracking, invoicing, and document control, as well as general administrative support to the wider organisation as directed by the General Manager.Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including contracts, plans, and schedules.Track project milestones and deliverables.Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders.Schedule and coordinate project reviews.Respond to project-related enquiries and provide timely updates to the team.Assist with project budgeting by tracking expenses.Coordinate and integrate scopes and budgets.Ensure all project activities comply with organisational policies and procedures.Attend internal Quality, Safety, and Environment team meetings and manage internal audit functions.Provide general administrative support to project teams.Maintain project calendars, deadlines, and timelines to keep the project on track.Support the General Manager in reviewing and updating procedures and processes.What you'll need to succeedExcellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to prioritise workloads, solve problems, and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.Proficient written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.Ability to learn new software.What you'll get in returnPermanent/ flexible role.Great salary packageWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, call Tamara on 0889436*** or email your CV to ******
