We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our processes and services. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to design, plan, execute, and monitor digital services and business analytics for project support, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and maximising resource utilisation. This position also involves managing contracts, overseeing organisational programs, and coordinating special projects and support services to ensure they efficiently meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2), or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferable. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services, ensuring they support digital transformation initiatives and align with strategic business objectives. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, programs, projects, and services, leveraging data analytics to identify trends and improve processes. Oversee the management of paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with digital workflows. Collaborate closely with Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met, utilising analytical tools to track progress and performance metrics. Advise senior management on matters requiring attention, using data-driven insights to implement decisions and drive digitalisation efforts. Oversee contractor work, monitor project execution, and report on any variations to work orders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and digital transformation goals. Prepare and review submissions and reports related to the organisation's activities, integrating analytics to assess the impact and outcomes of digital initiatives. Collect and analyse data associated with projects, providing actionable insights and reporting on project outcomes to support continuous improvement and strategic planning. Review and arrange new office accommodations to facilitate a collaborative environment that supports digital transformation and enhances operational efficiency. Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience in the same or a closely related field. Proven experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in digital transformation, business analytics, or IT. Strong MS Office and analytical skills with proficiency in data and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Project, Power BI, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project management methodologies. Experience in digital transformation initiatives or business intelligence tools. Knowledge of system evaluation and design processes to meet users' business needs. What We Offer:
