As the Project Administrator (Internal) within the Project Support Officer (PSO) team you are responsible for the provision of project administration support.
The environment we operate in is dynamic and you will need to be suitably experienced to deliver in a project-based engineering environment.This permanent part-time role (20 hours per week) offers remote/hybrid working and is not restricted to a particular location.
Key Responsibilities:The following are the key responsibilities of the role: Assisting in ensuring customer invoicing is accurate and completed as per invoicing schedules Assisting with checking all project related timesheets and expenses being entered and approved prior to invoicing Assisting with raising purchase orders for subcontractors and other project purchases Liaison with project stakeholders (Project Managers, Finance, Service Providers) to resolve project administration issues Participation in project and team meetings Other project administration support, as requested and agreed.
Provision of assistance and support to other Nova PSOs Provision of ad hoc PSO support to other stakeholders because of activity surges or PSO absences What we would expect from you: Understanding of basic project management concepts.
Understanding of project financial reporting.
Understanding of business financial reporting.
Numeric aptitude as applicable to financial and accounting areas.
Understanding of project delivery to external and internal customers.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Motivated to support others to achieve business success.
Be a clear communicator both written and verbally.
Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
Be an Australian Citizen with the the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance.
