Doing the same old thing day in, day out is demoralising you and it's time for a new challenge. You need to know where your career is heading.You won't be chained to your desk as you'd visit clients and sites with the director and you'd also interact daily with the GM meaning your good work will be noticed and acknowledged.You enjoy it when people ask you for help and advice, and being the go-to person in the office gives you a feeling of pride. Trying to improve processes and how systems are used is a challenge you take head-on.Working for a builder that has a real purpose and social values interests you. It's better than making money for a soulless company.Initially, the salary is in the $80k -$100k + super range plus a yearly bonus and you'd have the chance to get a company vehicle as the role develops and you take on more responsibility.This is no bog-standard admin role. It could be with a certifier, surveyor, builder, architect or the HIA or MBA for example.You understand and have had exposure to residential construction, gaining CC's and using the NSW Planning Portal.You are well-presented and have the confidence to talk to potential clients and meet them with the director to help win new business.You use your own initiative to solve problems and can adapt quickly to take on different tasks when circumstances change quickly. You are not phased by new challenges!You can commit to office hours 5 days a week in Gosford. Flexibility is available but there is no WFH each week.What qualification you have or don't have isn't important here.
