As a Project Administrator at NRI, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our projects. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure the efficient coordination and administration of project activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management while contributing to the overall success of our projects. This role is based in Canberra and may require a security clearance for which Australian Citizenship is required. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate project logistics, such as travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and procurement of resources. Monitor project progress and update project tracking tools and systems regularly. Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain project files and ensure all project documentation is organized and easily accessible. Support the implementation of project management processes and best practices. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders. Assist with project risk management activities, including identifying and escalating project risks and issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project administration or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
