You will be an integral part of the team working closely with various departments, obtaining quotes and establish and maintain project control register. Key Duties Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements Managing project documentation and S&Q's Answering and directing phone calls Establish and Maintain project control register (PCR) Responding to emails and other forms of communication Complete Records Management tasks such as batching and profiling Skills & Attributes Diploma in Business or relevant experience working in an administrative/ project support role Strong Excel Spreadsheet experience Professional customer service skills Good eye for detail Strong data entry skills Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Candidate must be an Australian Citizen What's in it for you? $34 - $36 per hour Short and long term contract available Allowances covered Weekends off Employee Assistance Program - Feel supported Refer a Friend Incentives - $50 voucher (after 1mth continuous work) Protech Perks: Discounted Health Insurance with NIB, Banked Hours, Corporate Banking Options for Home Loans The successful applicant will undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing .
