At PFi you may be responsible for:


Project documentation, schedules, and resources.
Working with Project Managers on the preparation of subcontractor agreements and supporting in the communications, ensuring records are maintained
Preparation of project reports and updates.
Managing communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Tracking project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on contract matters.
Monitoring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Assisting with variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Essential

Minimum 3-5 year's administration/business experience from within large size project environments preferably within the construction industry
Relevant qualification in Business related administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the administration / management of financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
Advanced level in the MS Office
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work within a team, build relationships, with exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to liaise with Trades, Project Managers, Clients and Suppliers
Positive negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills
Positive, friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport easily
Exceptional phone manner and support service skills
Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet and adapt
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, resolve conflicts and work well under pressure
Advanced communication skills across all levels
Ability to retain information and ask the right questions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
