You'll be working with Project Directors, Project Managers, suppliers, contractors and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of administrative support and record keeping.Reporting to and providing high-quality support to the Project Director, your key responsibilities will be:Providing general administrative, cost controls and data entry support to the project teamUndertaking data entry and records managementPreparation, review and collation of reports, meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, presentations and project documentsAssisting with maintenance of databases and registersAuditing and monitoring of document control dataAssisting with the development of documentation to support project activitiesThis role will initially be offered on fixed-term contract for up to 6 months.
