We're dedicated to building enduring partnerships grounded in trust, delivering expertise that drives mutual growth and success.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Administrator to join our team at the Murarrie office. In this role, you will work closely with our team leads across various business units to support and coordinate their daily project needs.Assisting Project Managers with quoting, data entry, invoicing, and purchase order documentation.Sending client documentation & notifications for completed jobs.Attending to client queries and requests.Approving project time and expenses.Maintaining various registers, spreadsheets & documents appropriate for each project.Ensuring all project documentation is correctly filed & easily accessible. Maintaining training & competency records. Assist with administering all personnel site requirements including inductions, travel, training, medicals & client documentation/systems.
