The role:? Working with our Unyte Eastern team in Sanctuary Cove, you will provide overarching admin support to our project and office teams.
Your impact:? As our team makes the exciting relocation to our new Eight Mile Plains office in early 2025, your presence will ensure our project teams are swift in their financial reporting and there is an overall cohesiveness achieved.
Your every day:? • Ensure accurate data collection and entry of all project related transactions to assist the project team with their project reporting and management • Assist the team with entry of Progress Claims to ensure timely reporting of project revenue, along with assistance with monitoring Progress Claim Certifications in accordance with contract requirements • Provide administrative support working closely with the project team, suppliers and contractors Who are you?
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience • 3+ years relevant construction experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of Jobpac or similar accounting package (preferred but not essential) A career with us?? ? Unyte is an equal opportunity employer.
