Job Description - Project Administrator (262166)
On the University of Queensland Electrical Maintenance Contract, UGL is the lead contractor for Preventative and Corrective maintenance across all UQ sites throughout QLD.
This role will be based at UQ's main campus in St Lucia, where you will be working alongside a tight-knit team.

Reporting to the Project Controller, you will provide administration and coordination support with a strong focus on documentation management.
Duties will include:
Managing electronic filing systems on SharepointRaising Material requisitions, purchase orders, work ordersOnboarding of suppliers and subcontractorsFacilitating weekly Timesheet processesAssisting with generating monthly reportingAssisting the team with compliance and best practiceAbout You This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build on their experience or return to work.
2+ years' administrative experienceYou are proficient with the MS Office suite of apps.
