Project Administrator

About the Role A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join the team. The successful applicant will be required to perform (but not limited to) the following tasks:
Assist with the administration of jobs Assist with the procurement of materials Project claims and invoicingScheduling of business divisionsMarketing including taking project photos and videosManage project documentation, including orders SWMS, and other project-related paperworkMaintain & Update job management software - currently Aro floAssist with the management of the officeCoordination of aftercare or maintenance if/as required  The Person To be considered for this job, the successful applicant should possess the following skills and experience:
Motivated to learn with a "can do" attitudeAbility to Multitask and manage multiple project itemsExcellent problem solving skills with a "can do" attitudeHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailKnowledge of aluminium architectural products such as balustrading, cladding, battens, façade screening, shutters, sun hoods, fencing, gates – pedestrian and driveway would be a bonus
