The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to support day to day business activities of the East Services and Projects Team. This is a permanent part time role with the option to work 2-3 days.
The role will be based in our Morningside office in Brisbane.
This role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities of this role include: Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project teamFlight and Travel BookingProject procurement supportPayroll Queries Facilitation and Tracking Operation Support General filing and record keepingGeneral Office DutiesWorking knowledge of InEight, Primavera, Kronos, NAV or similar systems – advantage 16th September, 2024 The Company:
