Job Description About the Role:MPK is seeking a Project Support Administrator to join our Energy Services Team based at our Brisbane Support Office and reporting to the Project Manager, for a 6 month fixed term contract.Key responsibilities include:Managing/QA/QC daily operational reports, ensuring each item, volume, quantity etc is reported accurately & captured in line with all services providedManaging daily tickets from all suppliers, collating and filing appropriately (QA/QC of project documents) – Freight in, freight out, 3rd party services Management of regulated waste tracking certificates, ensuring compliant tracking and lodged on timeManaging / reviewing deliveries and receipting services/goods Co-ordinating requests from site and support team for procurement of goods/services, raising of purchase orders and issuing, booking & tracking freight as requiredManaging site access requirements for MPK, booking and co-ordinating flights for project management and rental vehicles as/if requiredReviewing upload of project documentation , QA/QC of file structure and completeness for delivery to clientManaging contract variations, raising and issuing to client for out of contract items as they ariseRaising of Pro-forma's & Invoicing / AR for all project requirements within ERP Desired Skills and Experience About You:Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe ProgramsPrevious experience with Jobpac (desirable)Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
