Randstad is currently seeking expressions of interest fromexperienced Project Administrators who have worked in the Construction and Engineering Industries for an upcoming pipeline of work.

Position Overview:
The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects. This position involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalising projects.
Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented and tracked.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Prepare and distribute project status reports and meeting minutes.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations.
Track and manage project expenses and budgets.
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the project team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Document Controller, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Power BI).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
High resilience to working under pressure
Proven experience producing high quality reports within timeframes.
