About the Role
Enerflex are seeking a Project Administrator to support the Projects team based at our head office at Eagle Farm. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.
You will be required to – Providing project cost control for a range of projects; Project cost forecasting and risk identification; Preparation of monthly cost reports and working with the project managers to adjust budgets as required; Associated billing according to project contractual agreements and milestones; Project procurement and vendor invoice processing; Document Control General project administration About You Previous experience in project cost control in an engineering and project environment SAP experience (Beneficial) Intermediate to advance Excel skills (Beneficial) Excellent time management skills Must be proactive and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
