UGL are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team supporting a maintenance shutdown. This will be a casual role with an expected 6-Month duration, commencing end of November 2024.
This role will see you play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of an upcoming dust suppression project in Newman, WA. You will be working a 5/2 roster in the Perth CBD, 2 days a week onsite, from February 2025 (approximate only). Roster negotiable.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation for new hires. Coordinate ongoing changes to flights, accommodation, and rosters. Assist the Project Team with administrative requirements, including QA compiling. About you: 3 years' experience in a similar role. Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. High level experience using systems such as Enable, MyPass, Workflow etc. Hold previous experience with high quantity mobilisation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices. What we offer: Competitive remuneration package.
