We are set up for flexibility - compressed work week orremote working Salary Range is $72,000 - $82,000 + super About Us At Armadale we are growing at an exponential rate and on thepath to fulfil our role as a Strategic Metropolitan Centre. This means we need to continue to plan for, and think differently,about how we develop our built and natural environment so that ourcommunity have access to spaces which are safe, functional andattractive.
Also important is that our operational and project teams are setup to successfully meet our community's changing needs,continue to deliver outstanding services and sustainably manage ourassets.
We need a Project Administrator who can partner with our amazingteam and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things.
What You Will Be Working On Assisting with project plans and schedules, recordkeeping,monitoring milestones and deliverables, coordinating externalresources, and maintaining logs and registers. Manage the administration activities for the program andassociated projects as directed. Support financial and operational data analysis. Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, as well ashandling financial reporting activities. Assist in the management of vendor relationships, meetings,budgets, resource allocations to maintain allocated vendorbudgets and resources. Review, develop, and implement processes, procedures,forms, and templates related to project administration. Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to theProgram Delivery Team, including information retrieval andincidental correspondence. About You Previous experience in project administration, preferablywithin a program delivery or project managementenvironment. Proficiency in project management software and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in afast-paced environment.
