Project Administrator – immediate Start! Are you an experienced professional looking to advance your career with one of the leading infrastructure construction companies? Protech has an exciting opportunity for Project Administrators to join our client on Caloundra on an ongoing contract.
Key Responsibilities: • Enter receipts and code expenses.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, and car hires for approximately 10 people (with potential for increase).
• Manage blue-collar timesheets and address payroll queries for approximately 6 employees.
• Handle accounts payable tasks for select vendors as directed by the Project Admin team.
• Facilitate the onboard process for new starters, including setting up laptops, phones, work desks, etc., as required.
• Manage resignations by receiving IT equipment and liaising with HR and IT departments.
• Coordinate general IT needs with on-site IT representatives.
• Order and maintain PPE stock, stationary, and other office supplies.
• Provide general office management support as needed.
Qualifications & Experience: • Previous experience in administrative support or office management role preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
