Project Administrator - HVAC Mechanical Construction Salary: $90k-$100k + Super Call Dave on 0481 134 212 | Opportunity/Company A national, Tier I Mechanical contractor with a strong track record for delivering high profile projects across Australia is now seeking an ambitious Project Administrator to join their team in a permanent position.
Position Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the delivery of projects across the commercial, healthcare, data centre, and retail spaces.
This will involve performing a number of duties including: Monitoring financial performance of the project.
Managing the procurement schedule.
Managing and monitoring sub-contractors.
Preparing variations.
Managing monthly progress claims.
The position will involve both office and site-based work.
You You will have prior experience as a contract administrator within the construction sector, ideally working for a mechanical/electrical/plumbing or fire contractor.
You will be comfortable working across multiple projects, dealing with some larger projects in the commercial sector.
Strong written and verbal skills are required for this role.
