Reporting into the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be essential to support the Project Manager and Engineering Lead by providing administrative and financial support for the Greenfield project.Your responsibilities will include:Assist the project engineering team with cost management/reportingCreate capital purchase orders in SAPGoods receipt invoices & capital purchase ordersProvide reports & liaise with Finance when required on capital project updates and spendUpdate Project Capital Cost Trackers and ensure reconciled each monthFilling all Purchase Orders, Invoices and other relevant information for audits or other reports as required.Providing administrative support to the ProjectContract/RFP admin/filingProject Documentation Admin (eg Teams etc)Minutes/Actions across SteerCo, PCG and Capital Works Group and Ops Integration TeamMaintain the Scope Change Registers and IFR registerMaintain the Risk RegisterPresentations/Comms including SteerCo monthly reporting presentation deckCoordinate project update comms within Bulla to various stakeholdersBooking/managing meetingsYou will have:A high attention to detail – especially finance/costs in relation to spreadsheetsConfident in IT and a variety of software packages & applications (e.g., SAP or similar ERP package, word, excel, PowerPoint, MS projects, pdf creator, etc.).
