Job Title: Project Administrator / Graduate Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator / Graduate Engineer to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. Skills: Experience in a similar all-round administrative role; Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels; High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other office programs; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrates a high-level of self-motivation and initiative; Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work; manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure; Strong problem-solving skills; Experience in the construction industry highly desirable; Ability to travel is a must with flexibility to be on a rotating FIFO/DIDO roster. Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the different functional areas of the Darwin office and on site; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required; Maintaining mining and land leases; Providing and obtaining quotes; Arrange for the ordering and delivery of parts and equipment as requested; To be considered for the role, you MUST have: White Card or equivalent Valid Australian Drivers Licence with experience in driving on unsealed roads MUST have the flexibility to travel to site on a DIDO/FIFO roster - time spent on site can be negotiated for the right candidate Desirables but not requirements for this role include: Valid Traffic Management Cards (either WZ2/3 or the new TC2/TMI2) Bachelor of Engineering Degree To apply for this position, please submit a cover letter along with your current resume that clearly demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements.
