Project Administrator - Your future position? At Givaudan, we are providers of flavour and colour to the food industry in Oceania. As a Project Administrator, this is an exciting opportunity to lead project management excellence for the Oceania commercial team. You will support the project teams to ensure best practices are applied to all areas of project administration to allow sound decisions and good customer experience. You will also be getting opportunities to participate in tasting sessions to provide input and feedback, so a passion for food will be a sought after trait!

Location: Baulkham Hills, Sydney
Main Responsibilities Be the power user for our Givaudan project administration tools, to support project tracking, tasking and coordinating status updates on our pipeline. This helps with any end to end brief management process.Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy in reports.Bring the team together to resolve project-related issues and support project planning activities.Schedule and facilitate the daily assessment meetings for Inflow Projects.Drive the project review meetings for projects in progress.Support resource management through assigning tasks in Atlas post the assessment meeting and also keeping track of resource utilization in end-to-end project management.Support the Commercial team in conducting post-project reviews, lessons learned documentation, and other project closure activities.Support the Oceania Technical Head and Leadership team to establish and sustain the Brief Management Best Practices.Act as a trainer to the Oceania commercial team members on the systems related to Brief Management.Be an active member in the Atlas super user community in APAC and raise Oceania needs and recommendations.Main Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.2 or more years of experience in a project administration/management role.Proficient in project management software eg JIRA and the MS suite of office productivity tools and Agile methodologies.Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and help implement corrective actions.LI-YAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.You work within an inspiring teamwork culture – where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.Every essence of you enriches our world.Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners.Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.
