The Role The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to specific projects or divisional teams with a high level of attention to detail and customer service. Providing high levels of service to the client and internal stakeholders to ensure that all administrative aspects are achieved in a timely and required manner. This includes document control, document implementation, data administration (managing project databases) and processing invoicing and assisting the procurement project team with procurement requirements. The key responsibilities include:
Provide Administrative Support for ProjectSupport Document Control and Manage Project Administration Activities Maintain and Update All Relevant Databases for ProjectsCoordinate all Invoicing for Project Including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Support and Assist with Quotations/Tenders with the Client and Subcontractors for Projects Other Administrative Requirements Assist with safety compliance and safety administrative activities for the project Comply with Internal Policies / Procedures About You Administrative experience in the electrical or construction industry (desirable)Completed White CardStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite – (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Strong accounts and invoicing experienceFlexible and adaptable to support the project teamStrong interpersonal and customer service skills.The Rewards For Your Hard Work 12 additional leave days (Leisure Days) per yearPart of a collaborative and inclusive teamWe offer a serious commitment to personal development and career progression through ongoing training.Participation in regular social (e.g., monthly BBQs), inclusion & diversity events (e.g., Harmony Day luncheon) and initiatives as well as charity events (e.g., Pink Ribbon Day)Access to our Employee Assistance ProgramsThe ability to work in a collaborative, supportive team environmentArrive and leave work comfortably and conveniently, thanks to our on-site car parking areaAnd if you're not yet convinced...
