They are currently seeking a Project Administration Officer/CA with a focus on delivering innovative and reliable results for their clients and providing exceptional service.
About The Role:As a Project Administration Officer/CA, you will be organised and motivated whilst playing a key role in supporting their project delivery teams and ensuring smooth operations across all areas of administration. You will manage and record timesheets for project teams, perform general office duties and assist with data entry.
The Successful Candidate: Experience with Procore or similar project management systems (highly regarded).Strong professionalism and excellent communication skills.The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Strong computer skills, with proficiency in email and office software.A background in a construction-related industry is a plus, but not essential.Excited to be given the autonomy to manage your own projects and feel fulfilled by doing so in set timeframes?
