Project Administrators at INTREC are responsible for:Monitor project activities ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectivesActing as a liaison with subcontractorsCollaborate with the Site Manager to align onsite activities and optimise project executionReview tender submissions, construction drawings, and specifications to anticipate and address potential issuesMaintaining an updated file of project drawingsEstablish project infrastructure including offices, signage, safety measures, and amenitiesPrepare comprehensive safety and environmental management plans tailored to each project's requirementsThe skills we needMinimum 2 years' relevant experienceExceptional communication and organisational skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationshipsFlexibility, adaptability and problem-solving expertiseMS Office: Project, Word, Excel and OutlookINTREC and our benefitsINTREC's people are our difference.
