Project Administrators at INTREC are responsible for: Monitor project activities ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives Acting as a liaison with subcontractors Collaborate with the Site Manager to align onsite activities and optimise project execution Review tender submissions, construction drawings, and specifications to anticipate and address potential issues Maintaining an updated file of project drawings Establish project infrastructure including offices, signage, safety measures, and amenities Prepare comprehensive safety and environmental management plans tailored to each project's requirements The skills we need Minimum 2 years' relevant experience Exceptional communication and organisational skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving expertise MS Office: Project, Word, Excel and Outlook INTREC and our benefits INTREC's people are our difference.
